Intermediate Needle Felting Workshop
Saturday, January 9 | 5:00–7:00 PM
$90 | All materials included
Create a wool sculpture inspired by a beloved canine companion in this intermediate needle felting workshop with artist Sheleen McElhinney of Willow and Sprig.
Participants will learn to shape and sculpt wool around a specially prepared armature, developing the form, features, and individual character of a dog through careful layering and detailing. Sheleen will prepare an armature for each participant in advance, allowing more time during the workshop to focus on sculpting and bringing each dog to life.
Participants are encouraged to bring photographs of a favorite dog for inspiration, whether a current companion or one fondly remembered.
All materials are included.
Prior needle felting experience is not necessary but recommended.
Class size is limited to 8 participants.
